General Conditions:
All prices displayed on the website include V.A.T which is currently set to 23%.
A carriage charge of €4.50 is payable on all orders under €100.00 Including VAT
All claims of damaged goods or missing parts must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
All goods come with a standard warranty of 12 months unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Payment can be made using any of the methods listed on this web site and will be debited when we have accepted your offer to purchase.
Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either (i) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or (ii) retracting your offer to purchase and receive a full refund if the Goods have been paid for.
Delivery rates are quoted for delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland. International Deliveries may incur additional charges. We make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timeframe; however, due to the nature of our business delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
Delivery:
All products listed on our website are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and offer an alternative product. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid for the goods.
Goods may be delivered by a third party and will require a signature. Please inform us if you require your order to be delivered at a specific time and we will endeavour to do so.
Returns Policy and Procedure
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and fit for immediate resale. If you have a change of mind and simply wish to return goods, please contact us within 14 days after receipt of goods. All items must returned in a resalable condition, in their original packaging and include all the relevant paperwork. Items may not be returned without a return authorisation number.
We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods, at the consignment delivery point. This is necessary due to the very short period of time we have to claim against carriers for damage in transit, therefore your co-operation is vital in your own interest.

All of your transactions are protected by our secure server certificate which is an industry standard 128-BIT SSL certificate, this means all of your personal and credit card details are encrypted as they pass over the internet from your computer to our secure servers.
All of your personal information is stored securely at all times; we do not hold any credit card or laser card numbers on file.

These terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.

Title to the goods delivered remains the property of Costard Investments Limited until payment is received in full.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes enable customers to obtain benefits such as free products, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use.
